• | SIZE DEDUCTION | To ensure mobility of the blinds within the window frame and to allow space for the mounting brackets, our team will deduct 1/2 inch from the width ordered. (For example, blinds ordered at 34 inches wide will arrive at exactly 33 1/2 inches wide).
• | PARTIAL INSIDE MOUNT |Your blind will mount inside the window frame. Your valance will clip to the top rail of the blind and extend beyond the window frame and will connect to both 1¼ inch return/side pieces. The ends of your valance and side pieces will be cut at 45° to properly attach at a right angle. Ensure that your window frame has a minimum depth of 2 1/2 inches to accommodate this mounting option.
• | STEPS FOR ACCURATE MEASUREMENT | 1. Ensure there is 2 1/2 inches of flat mounting depth within window frame. 2. Check and record width measurements at top, middle, and bottom. Pick the smallest measurement for ordering. 3. Round down to nearest 1/2 inch when choosing width. 4. Account for 1/2 inch deduction when blinds are delivered. For instance, selecting 34 1/2 inches wide means blinds will be 34 inches wide.
