We appreciate customer's precise measures & careful orders, and avoid returns without quality issues. For the inside mount, a standard 2/5 inch deduction is made to the upper rail width for a proper INSIDE MOUNT fit. For the outside mount, add 1-4 inches wider to your window opening width for better light blocking.
